Thank you for addressing my concern and hearing a disgruntled customer. Good coffee served in faulty cups. I've been to this location twice since they have opened, which was not long ago. The coffee is great, however they have quality control issues with their cups that they need to fix, or they'll lose my business forever. The first purchase I made here, my coffee was double cupped, along with a coffee collar. This doesn't seem like a big deal on the surface, just an oversight by the barista, until it happens again with my next order, and the reason becomes apparent. This morning I purchased a medium coffee from the Spanish Fork location. The staff was friendly and helpful, no complaints with them. However, once again my coffee was double cupped, with a collar. If this is how they serve coffee, no big deal, I thought to myself. I put the coffee in my cup holder and drove to fill up my car with gas at the station in the same parking lot. In the time that it took to buy the coffee, fill up my car with gas, and get on the freeway, both cups were soggy and leaking coffee into my cup holder. Unfortunately, I didn't notice this until I tried taking my first sip. The coffee spilled down the front of my shirt and was nearly an inch deep in my cupholder. I've attempted to call the location twice and used the company's "chat" feature on their website to make them aware of this situation, but no one will pick up the phone, and their "chat" feature is a useless bot. Their coffee is amazing, but beware if you receive your order in a double cup. The likelihood that your cup will fail seems high. BRCC, I hope you address this QA issue with your suppliers and return the faulty product, instead of ignoring the issue by doubling up on cups on each order. Those who buy their coffee and drive to their place of work, shouldn't have to worry about arriving with a coffee stained shirt. ”
